Are you accepting new patients?

When should I schedule my child’s first dentist visit?
The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends you schedule your child’s first dental visit once their first tooth pops in, or before their first birthday—whichever is sooner! This helps us monitor your child’s oral development and allows for early intervention if needed.
Can I bring my child in for a second opinion?
We’re happy to provide a second opinion about a dental treatment for your child. Share your reason for coming in with our smile team before your child’s visit.
Can I go back into the office with my child?
Parents and guardians are always welcome to come on back and be involved in their child’s dental visit. We’ll have a seat ready for you! However, you have the choice to stay in our cozy waiting room if you prefer to wait there instead.
Can I bring my child to you for same-day emergency care?
If your child is having a true emergency, please call 911 for immediate help. Otherwise, we offer same-day dental care if your child is experiencing pain or discomfort. Contact our office to schedule an emergency pediatric dentist visit.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept insurance plans through many major companies including Aetna, Delta Dental, Cigna, and others. We also offer an in-house membership plan if you don’t carry dental insurance. Call us at (203) 309-0312 to verify your insurance with us or discuss our membership plan.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand sometimes things come up that can make it harder to attend your visit. We request that you contact our office as soon as you know you and your child will not be able to make it. In order to offer you a better booking experience with shorter wait times, we charge a $50 fee for appointments canceled within 24 hours. Please call our office if you have any questions.
